We support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings — from residential homes and day programs to community-based services and one-on-one care. We are proud to partner with DSPD and DHHS to deliver services that are person-centered, meaningful, and compliant with Medicaid standards.

Founded as Friends4Life Foundation, F4L has evolved from a vision of close community support into a mission-driven organization that now supports dozens of clients across multiple locations. Our rebrand to F4L reflects our commitment to professionalism, inclusion, and long-term impact — while honoring the relationships and compassion that have always been at the heart of what we do.
